It's Very Very Bad Without A Home

Here I am, still wandering around Cebu City, without a place to stay. Damn! For two days I had utilized my time on looking for a room or an apartment in Lapulapu City. Now I'm trying my luck here in the heart of Cebu City. I'm fully aware of the transportation hustle when I start my work life, but I have no other option.

To the Cebu/Lapulapu Peeps .... help me find a shelter somewhere in Lapulapu City, preferrably near MEZ2!!!!

Ahuhuhu .... :(

I'm Counting The Days ....

.... that my Summer Classes will end. Yehey!!!!

I am taking up Engineering Drawing (ES 51) right now. I am not very good at it, especially with all the technical drawing plates that I am to comply from Monday to Friday. Worst of all, since I was out from a trip in Cebu, I missed 7 plates and 2 activities. So the instructor decided to give me a take-home assignment, ALL plates that I have missed. I have until Monday to comply with the requirements, and damn I still haven't started even a single plate! I do have fair grades with the other drawing plates that I did in class, but still I'm very lazy in doing the others. Most people know me that I do really hate drawing, especially the technical type. I wanted to take a course in which there's no need to take Engineering Drawing .... but I have to comply with it! Tomorrow will be our last meeting and our last activity, and I will be spending my weekend with the take-home plates .... pretty much in my dismay!

Not to leave Engineering Drawing, I still have Formal Languages (CSC 144) as one of my subject in Summer Class. I also don't like the subject since I don't find it that interesting, but still I have to comply with the course requirements. Yesterday I took my preliminary exam and I got 20 out of 32. This morning I took my midterm exams and I did had a hard time answering 3 question. It really took me 2 hours on that one. Tomorrow I'll be taking my Final Exam, and I am still uneased with analysis type of exam. But still, with my Engineering Drawing, I must comply with this to end my course.

So here I am, counting the days to end my Summer Classes. Next week I'll be waiting for my result and then when it will come positive, I'll be off to Western Wats in Lapulapu City to begin my work! How I pretty wish this will be the end of my BS life!!!!

And guess what??? Right now I'm missing someone while writing this article =)

I Miss The Cathedral Of Wolves

It was during my fourth year in highschool that I really fantasize these bunch of long-haired metallic freaks with whom I spend time with my cousins with band practices, trying to be like Manuel Legarda even if it would still take me decades to have his "spirited" fingers.

1999 was the year that I really had time with these guys. With their Serve In Silence concert last July 18, 1999 here in Iligan City, it really was the very best for me looking at them on-stage. Jamming with other people, I ended up beaten by someone who was also watching the show. It was my fault that I accidentally kicked him while jumping with the upbeat of the drums and the strikes of the guitar.

Year 2004 was the year that gave me a chance to play two of their songs. With Adonis, Jerecho and Rigel as my co-members in Fuzzy Logic, we played Atomica and A Matter Of Time. It only made us to 4th place of the 2004 EE Acoustic Friday competition, but for the four of us it really was a prestige! My Oh My!

Right now, Basti Artadi's connected with the Californian Band called Kitaan. Wolf Gemora has been very energetic with Lokomotiv. Manuel Legarda set up The Dirt, and Mon Legaspi is now connected with The Dawn.

Even though they separated and had new bands, they are still the Cathedral of Wolves being missed by most!!!!

What Will I Miss In Iligan City????

.... My Family ....

Even though there had been such hard times within us, from verbal to fist fights, I still will miss my family. Mom has really been supportive with me since my childhood. Dad with whom always advises me of things even though some of which I hardly take it into consideration. Dino has always cheered me up since I was a kid. We play together even if I'm 10 years younger than him, tell me jokes in which would brighten up my day, even teaches me to look after beautiful girls. I will miss Edna who had been my critic, on clothes and on ethics, and with all those finger foods she always brings when she gets home. I will miss Elva who always talks to me on latest updates, be it in politics or in showbizness. To Waldo whom at first would always take me and Winston in the store just at the back of our house, treating us with little snacks and tell the storekeeper something in which he would like us to tell her. Although we ended up having a feud with each other, still he's part of the family. Jizelle and Genevieve really makes my day to have such fun by teasing them and making them cry. Hehehe! Arthur's family, Vilma's family, and Olga's family have also been part of my well being, from the vacations that we are to take once in a while, outings, and as well as their visiting in our little house really completes my life. Winston, my cousin, who has been with me always, has been very helpful in life. Like brothers in real life, we do play together, have fist fights with each other, even wrestling! Darns, I will surely miss my family!

.... My Friends ....

First and foremost with my friends in Worldlink Internet Cafe with whom I spent my early college days with. I will miss the 6-case Red Horse drinking spree during Nolan's birthday and it ended up that we slept along the gutter of Badelles Street. I will also miss Livia, Fibon and Zion people whom from game rivalry and beer drinking and well the philosophies in life that we shared made me forgot that I'm still a college student (joke) and it really was quality time for me. Our Place Internet Cafe really has quality people in which after the internet cafe will call a day off, an hour will be spent on deciding where to go next. Not to mention also my colleagues in the College of Engineering and the COE Pervertz as well for the hardships that we had made, trials in which would really put a grade of 5 in our transcripts, and to mention also the gimmicks and outings that we always had to relax our minds from all-the-day's studying. There are still others without a group affiliation that I could mention as above, but you all have been such wonderful to me and I will surely miss you all!

.... My favorite hang-outs ....

El Centro, Banz, Gensal, TAP, Caltex, Dzyr, BATC, Alondra's, Deezee, Darren's, Frisbees, Maven's, Chili Verde!!!! These are the places in which memories would still remain.

.... Timoga Swimming Pools ....

Nothing really compares! The best for it's very cool flowing water .... really refreshing!

Even though I will miss these in Iligan City, there are many ways in which I will really seek for them!!!!
